Auto Reconciliation Match Rules

Moorgate allows for the configuration of different match rules. Selecting Setup>Auto Match Rules navigates to the Auto Match Rules screen.

An existing rule can be edited by clicking on the name of the rule and the rule data is added using a predefined xml data schema. Specify a Balancing Entry Type for any differences that are created. Selecting Cancel will return to the Auto Match Rule screen. Clicking 'Add' will allow you to create a new rule

Selecting Save will apply the changes to the rule.

Selecting the Test button will execute the match rule and test if the rule definition is in working order. Selecting the Show Matched Items will show a dropdown of the transactions and confirmations that have been matched with the specific rule.

An auto match rule can also be deleted by selecting the delete icon () next to the rule. Selecting delete brings up a confirmation box and the user can decide whether they want to

continue with their action.
